The Greendale Redevelopment Commission is seeking proposals from qualified companies to perform soft washing services on designated residential properties within the City of Greendale. The intent of the program is to enhance the aesthetic appeal of neighborhoods by cleaning the exterior surfaces of homes, garages, and sheds using soft wash techniques.
