Cabin & Shelter Rental Information
The Greendale Cabin is available for rental for parties, receptions and meetings. The cabin will accommodate 150 individuals. At the time of rental, the renter must complete a rental agreement and pay deposit within 10 days after scheduled reservation. If renter decides not to rent cabin, deposit is NOT refundable.
Rates for Residents & Non-Residents Before November 1st, 2025:
Cabin, All Day:
Resident: $200 + $14 Tax + $85 Deposit = $299.00
Non-Resident: $400 + $28 Tax + $85 Deposit = $513.00
Shelter* (behind cabin), No Time Limit:
Resident: $25 + $1.75 Tax = $26.75
Non-Resident: $25 + $1.75 Tax = $26.75
You must live in Greendale to qualify as a resident for the Cabin or Shelter. Proof of residency is required.
*Shelter/Pavilion Available to Rent at Greendale Park, Schnebelt Park, and Homestead Park

$85.00 Deposit (which will be returned upon inspection of cabin and key return)

The renter is responsible for the cleanup of the cabin which shall be completed by 1:00am If not cleaned as agreed to by City Management or the key is not returned, the renter forfeits his/her deposit.

The rental fee must be paid 10 business days prior to the date of the scheduled reservation or you sacrifice the $85.00 deposit.

Resident: $300 + $21 Tax + $85 Deposit = $406.00

Non-Resident: $500 + $35 Tax + $85 Deposit = $620.00
