The City of Greendale is now accepting applications for the position of Utility Director — a senior leadership role overseeing the operation, maintenance, and long-range planning of the City's electric, water, and sewer utilities.


This full-time, salaried position reports directly to the Mayor and is an opportunity to play a significant role in the infrastructure that keeps Greendale running every day. Ideal candidates will bring 7–10 years of experience in electrical transmission and distribution, along with at least 5 years of management or supervisory experience directing utility crews.


The City of Greendale offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, participation in the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS), and paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
