The booth content will be subject to approval of the Greendale Park Board. No exceptions and no deviations from application form please.

BY ORDER OF THE GREENDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT, NO PYROTECHNICS, KNIVES, OR "SILLY STRING" MAY BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED IN THE PARK!
