Greendale Police Department
The Greendale Police Department is accepting new applications for Police Officer positions
until February 19, 2021.
Applications can be obtained by going to the following link, picking up
an application in person from the Police Department or reaching out for an application to be

Applicants must be US Citizens, possess a Valid Indiana Drivers License, High School
Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Applicants must be able to pass a thorough background check
Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age unless already a member of the
1977 Police/Firefighter Fund
Applicants must demonstrate honesty and integrity
Applicants must possess high moral, ethical and professional standards.

2021 1 st Class Patrolman $23.03/hour + $3.30/hour goes into an IAM Union Pension
Fund
1977 IN Police Perf Pension City contributes the full 23.50% for the Officer
Clothing Allowance
Patrolman will work Twelve Hour Schedule and will have Take Home Vehicle
