Code Enforcement

This department responds to complaints regarding violations of the City Ordinances (Code) for various issues. Legal documents are submitted to the City Attorney for prosecution if the complaints are not resolved. This department also reviews development plans and building plans for compliance. Permits are issued after review and inspections are made during project construction.
